LED Third Brakelight Wanted (OT)

I am looking for somebody that markets a strip of red LED lights specifically for use as a third brakelight. The one in my Scirocco is along the lower part of the window only about 6" above the main lights (I could never see the point of having it that low on so many cars). I want to put it along the top edge of the window on the inside. Anyway, I want better visibility among the vans and monster pick-ups that roam my city in unusually high numbers. If you've ever been rear-ended by a big Chev while in your Rabbit (stopped at a stop sign in a hospital zone), you'll understand how a person could get a little nervous. TIA, H2Only
