Looking for 90 - 92 GLi 16 valve

or vr6, but 16 valve works. Trying to keep the cost down to $3000. Want PW, PDL, tilt, MFA, knee bar. Red is colour of choice, but will consider others.

I'm in Portland Oregon and would like to find something in the area. Vancouver Washington okay.
