That's kind of what I was expecting. Just need to find out why I'm not getting the warmer temp. 150 should roast me out (as I remember it doing) with the fan on high.
I remember plowing up in Maryland with temps in the single digits.....with the fan on low I still had to reduce the temp setting it was so warm.

The controller for the blend door is on the underside. While its hard to get to with screwdrivers, its easier than removing the entire HVAC unit. Also, if you test the adjuster for the blend door and find no problem, it could be the blend door is somehow stuck. If that turns out to be your problem, I have experience on that too. You don't necessarily need to remove the HVAC unit.

Max, I found the actuator and you are correct...it is accessible from from the passenger side footwell. I tapped on it and it is operating. However, I can't tell if it is going through its entire range of motion. Is there a way to tell? I'm hoping that tapping on it solved the problem (fingers crossed) but prepared to go further if needed to get my heat back.
