I'm all set to make at least a gallon of gravy. Everybody knows the gravy is the most important part, right? :-D I hope you all have a relaxing holiday, too. At this point I'm just trying to keep from starting cooking/eating tonight. :-)

Same to all celebrating...

I am thinking on thawing out some left overs from our Canadian Thanksgiving last month... Mmmm it was a good feast!

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. I know I've got a lot to be thankful for. Take a minute to think about a men and women serving overseas as you celebrate. They are the ones that allow us to enjoy days like today. God bless and have a great day.

Same here, I hope everyone has a great day. I can't wait for the turkey to come out of the deep fryer, and hopefully for the Packers to kicks the Lions' asses. :-)

I'll never forget accidentally missing Thanksgiving by one day when I was in RVN. I came back from a remote area one day too late and had no idea I had missed it until I noticed "regular chow" in the chow hall. Major bummer.
