How do the plugs look? Do you have fire? Are you having problems with only one injector? What engine?

I had the same problem on my '91 Grand Am 2.5 TBI. Could be 2 things, first the injector is bad, second the computer does not give a signal. To check this, get a noid light at Autozoe for about $7. If the light blinks, the injector is wrong, if it doesn't blink check your computer. The injector always has power, the computer makes the ground. Don't get afraid of the word computer, it pretty simple. The computer is mounted behind and under the glove compartment. Turn car off, disconnect battery, pull the two connectors to the computer, connect battery, check for

12V on the orange wire. This was my problem, I had 12V but the wire was soo bad that I did not have 12V under a load. Use a light bulb or something to check. Pulled the wire from the battery side and the problem was right after the fuse link. Made the wire 2 inches shorter and everything works as new. If this wire is the problem you will not have the Check engine light turn on while starting. If this isn't the case, there are several other wires to check, I can send you an electical diagram if you need it.

Good luck.
