AC Relay on my 91 is on the passengerside of the firewall under a panel.

1991 Pontiac Bonneville LE ~_~_~259,100 miles_~_~~_
It is located under the hood on the passenger side along the firewall along the windshield. There should be several relays on that strip. One is the a/c relay.
