Rear wheel bearings for Impreza TS 2.5

Can anyone help me determine how to replace the rear wheel bearings in an Impreza TS 2.5 ? Specifically how does one pull the whole hub off? Or do I need to? Can I just pull the stud holder out? Thanks, Terry

It's lots of fun I just did it myself. I don't know how to determine the size, but what I do know is that you start by taking apart the wheel area, along w/ the big knuckle down there (bearing should be inside) You'll have to take off that big center nut with a breaker bar, took me a good 10 min just to loosen it. After that, loosen up the allen bolts and you should be able to take off the hub. Get a gear puller to removed all the bearings things, clean it up a smidge, make sure nothings wrong and put it back together. Remember to grease the bearings before you put them on, I never have trusted the guys to do it right. If you have trouble pulling the bearing off or putting it back on, call around to the local chops, its likely one of them will have a bearing press. Good luck!
