time gear and chain replaced plenty of gas and pressure lots of spark what else can i check ?

Well you could explain if it ran before you did the work. What exactly it does now and what you have checked.
Best guess based on what you did is that the cam sensor is out of sync. Or the timing is off a tooth or more.
Are the spark plug wires going to the right spark plugs?
At night time, watch plug wires with someone cranking it. I had bad wires once, and blue sparks everywhere.
