Sure are, just make sure the first two letters of the subject line are FS, eg) FS: 2001 GMC Envoy...............

Actually while they are tolerated here from time to time, the only newsgroups that for sale ads are allowed are ones with marketplace or something else indicating that they allow ads in the group name.
