i have a '00 Z71 5.3L (gasoline) Chevy and would like to install an auxiliary fuel tank in the bed (short box) of the truck. can anyone recommend a good unit and one that is not $1K? here are a couple that i am looking at.
what's wrong with the first unit for $379? That's not $1000.
Don't think you'll do much better than $379. But what's wrong with just putting a fuel cell inside of a normal truck toolbox?
Regardless of your approach, make SURE you ground the tank very well.
