Dig this, the rear air works on my 99 Tahoe but the front doesn't.

I have about 30 psi (low pressure side), compressor and clutch running fine. Rear air cold as ice, front air as warm as outside until it recirculates the cooler air from inside the truck. What do you think (beside vent doors)may the Thermal Expansion Valve for the front air is bad?????
