During a snowstorm I hit an ice chunk and broke the plastic pan under my front bumper. I own an '05 Sierra 1500. It would seem that this is a good time to look at a little customization as I bet the OEM part is expensive or at least as expensive as an aftermarket replacement. Unfortunately I can only find references (at least so far) to the Silverado. I believe they are identical from the headlights/grille down so a cover that slips over the original bumper and pan should fit. But with my luck one will be off by 1/4 inch or so. Does anyone know for sure? I am not having much luck with the manufacturers of the parts. They are slow to respond to my queries.
