need help truck has no power

my 94 chevy has no low end power it has be slowly getting worse so ichanged the tps,map, and did a tune up plugs wires cap roter fuel and airfilter put a new fuel pump in checked the timeing many of times with theconnecter disconnected and still no different so i did a compretion setabout 140 psi an all cylinders so just to see i took the heads off and hadthem rebuilt put it back together and still the same. it has a 350 and is 4wheel drive has a rebuilt 4l60e trany and has new exhaust from themanifolds back so it not a plugged cat the only thing i can think of ismaybe pcm or distribiter please help--Message posted using information at

What? What is it that you are asking, not only is this hard to understand, I don't see a question here.

Ignition or fuel. You've got the ignition replaced with no change. That leaves fuel to go through. Start with the air filter and work your way inwards.
