im trying to do some front end work to this this but it sat for quite a while. when i tried to take the wheel off first the lugz gave me trouble, now the wheel just won't come off. ive never done front end work to a truck this old, , i thought they were fairly simple but maybe im missing something. any suggestions.

The only thing you're missing is experience and balls.
Sit the truck back down on the ground and rock the steering wheel back in forth till it comes off.
If it still don't wann come off....try rolling it back and forth a couple of times.
