Does anyone know where to get free wiring schematics just for the radio hookup im installing different sound system .much help would be appreciated .. thankyou, john

You might try Crutchfield.Com. Although no diagrams you can get a connector prewired to plug directly into the factory plug. The adaptor with come color coded according to your vehicle and with a basic diagram of what color is for what.

Also, Just buy a Radio Harness adadpter Metra # 99-1858
it makes everything a plug in NEVER CUT WIRES,,,, NEVER CUT OFF FACTORY PLUGS

I agree with Im right, but if you still feel the need to cut off the end, for the sake of someone who might ever buy that vehicle from you in the future: Solder all connections.
