Check the wiring to the coil/distributor - if the distributor and coil are
new it would be those so there isn't much else. Try 'hot-wiring' it if it
isn't working by bypassing the key-switch. Had an 84 S-10 and also a
camaro that had this problem and solved it with jumper cables to the
terminal-block on the firewall just over the distributor.
