What could be wrong?

Because you are loosing boost and at same time have too lean error (possibly when cruising and the intake manifold pressure drops) it seems that you have a leak in your intake piping after turbo. The leak can also be in the numerous vacuum lines attached to the intake manifold.

You should pressure test your intake piping for leaks.
