My son is busy with building up 1995 530 V8. The old engine is blown, can he fit a 4.4liter V8 in the 1995 530 engine bay

It should fit fine. Don't forget you'll need a new ECM.

How difficult will it be to replace the existing ECM with the 4.4's. What about the wiring? Is it necessary to change the complete harness?
