6 speed in a '69

Does anyone know of a website that shows and/or gives specifics on putting a



6 speed in a first generation Camaro?

Also, my goal is to make this '69 "road racing" Camaro that truly handles, brakes, etc............does anyone know of any websites that show Camaros that have been built up this way?
