What idiot put the drain on the fuel water filter in such a godawful position. if you don't stand on a stool and have an extra joint in your arm its almost impossible to crack the valve to see if its got any water in it this should be one of the easiest things to get to since this should be checked occasionally rather than waiting for the DIC to tell you that you already have a problem..How hard would it have been for someone at Chevy to stick their arms under the hood on a new design to be sure that customer serviceable required components can be customer serviced without throwing your back out.
