96 chevy van injector ?

I have a friend in Phoenx who has a 96 Chev V8 Vortec with 115,000 miles on it and in the last 6 months has used about that many bottles of Techron injector cleaner. Now it doesn't seem to help and he like to know what the next best step or steps are? tnx

It misses about a month after Techron treatment at low and high speed.
