A ladder rack that mounted on the bed sides, that fit over a bed cap???

My bed cap is an aluminum with tons of glass, and, there are four aluminum vertical I-beams, that have an aluminum roller pipe across, front and rear. I carry ladders and a canoe, as needed.
So, how much work would it be to put up a ladder rack, bolted on to the cap? If you are handy, that is? Of course, it holds about 150 pounds, max.
