I bought a 2002 Silverado (4.8 Ltr ) in the state of Florida and I plan on moving to California in a year or so and I was wondering about, is the emissions in FL the same in Cal. Will I have to change anything . TIA

Bullshit.
THis procedure was stricken from the books several years ago when the state lost a lawsuit regarding out of state registration. They had to pay people back(my mother included), and now there is a universal out of state reg. fee.
