I am looking for a good non-dealer mechanic recomendation in the Alexandria, Virginia area. I have about 10 chevrolet 1500 and 2500 (one 4500) trucks - all less than three years old and am tired of the dealerships here - I wouldn't mind the prices - if they could just fix the problems in one visit - please somebody recomend a quality mechanic for chevrolet trucks that is not a dealership. Thanks alot.

or you wouldn't own all those trucks.
Go to EVERY parts store in town and talk to the counter guys.
then go visit the shop of your choice.
