Anyone know what size the rear speakers are in the post? I'm thinking 4X6? What about the dash speakers?

Both are 4x6. You can buy adapters to run 4" circular speakers or the 4x6's will fit as she sits.

4x6's front and rear. Rear are a "pain in the ass" if you have a full wrap body panels like I do.
On mine, the REARS are in a full post cover. The fronts the grill just pops out. Be carefull of the tabs they break off easy.
So you've got 4 speakers in the dash and it was only a little trouble???
