Can anyone give me a step by step removal of the rear and dash speakers for a 1993 190e 2.3? I can get the grills off the rear but haven't been able to figure out how to remove the speakers from there. I havent tried the front ones yet. I dont see any screws or tabs or anything. Please help! All of my speakers are blown and I just got some replacements but didnt want to pay to have them installed.

...detailed advice on this was given just a few days ago. To repeat, carefully pry up the plastic 'tabs' at the front speaker grill edge and then remove the screws that are then exposed with a small screwdriver (the window is a bit in the way). You will need to pry out the speaker by lifting from the front, there is a bit of a angled metal at the speakers rear that holds it in place without screws. Very easy really.
