Am I going to find the motor and regulator welded or riveted in, or can I remove it and hopefully replace plastic bushings in the regulator like one can do on older Ford vehicles?

1987 Chrysler Fifth Avenue with power windows and locks. Driver's Side rear window is inop. The motor runs, but the window stays stationary. I haven't yet pulled the door panel to inspect things.
