Hello,
I have an 85 Shelby Charger 2.2 Turbo I.
The car idles fine and runs OK but when you totally romp on the gas, it seems to fall flat on it's face and has no go.
If I back off to 3/4 throttle, it will take off a little but not full force.
I have also noticed a puff of black smoke out the tail pipe in between shifts under full throttle.
It just seems when vac drops, everything goes to hell....
Any ideas as to what could be wrong?
