My 300M owners manual says it all regarding the compact spare.
Maximum speed 80Kmph (50MPH). Maximum distance 80Km. (50 miles) Then replace both the rim and spare and get another. Obviously for city use only.
Fortunately the 300M holds a full sized tire in the spare compartment, which I'll be getting.
