I have some questions about buying a 300c AWD when they come out

First off, am I right that they are debuting the AWD version in November? I'm guessing it will be about $2,000, right?

This will be the first new car I buy... WHat should I expect as far as price? Will it be in such high demand that I should expect to pay MSRP? Or will I be able to get them somewhere between MSRP and invoice?

Anyone have any experience with this Bluetooth cell phone compatibility? How does it work?

What about the navigation? Waste of $2,000?

So I'm ballparking that a 300C with navigation, most of the other options, and AWD will MSRP somewhere in the $37,000-$39,000 range?

Anyone have any idea if they'll be still doing the $1,000 Chrysler Loyalty credit?

If this is your first new car be sure to have someone experienced come with you and read every document to make sure it is what they say the deal is. Don't be rushed or you will be ripped off. The 300c is supposed to be selling well though some dealers are advertising $1000 discounts. If there is a ton on the lot you should be able to get a good deal. If not, you won't. With gas prices who can predict?

The first AWD they get will be real pricey. After they get a dozen they'll be well under MSRP. The 300 is supposed to be a big volume seller for Chrysler. They basically canceled 4 cars and replaced them with the 300, so they can't afford to hoard them, or claim they're rare, yadda yadda. So don't get in a hurry. Being first will cost you $5000 extra. Maybe more.

And what four cars did they cancel?????

The 300 replaced the intrepid, 300M, Concord, and LHS. At least for now. A Dodge sedan is supposed to be coming.

Personally I think it was a good idea. Why come out with 4 compromise vehicles instead of one optimal one. Wish they would ditch that grill though.

In reality that is really stretching it quite a bit. Dodge decided to replace the Intrepid with the Magnum but in a station wagon form instead of a sedan. The sedan will, most likely, follow in the fall if an article I read in C/D or R/T holds any merit. The 300M, Concord and LHS were, basically, the same car although the 300M was shorter, had a larger engine and tweaked suspension so, techincally, it replaced one - the 300M - and displaced one - the Concord. The LHS cannot be considered as it became the Concord two years ago (I think).

And for those of us looking for a 3100lb-3300lb midsize Sedan? I hope the Sebring/Stratus line stays around awhile! I'm simply not interested in 4000+ pounds of vehicle...I don't need it.

I believe that is what the car is all about but I don't care for it either. If they can just make it smaller, well, I just might be willing to sell the M for the C.

I will also need the AWD so this year is out of the question.
