I have a question for all those who are interested in sending a message about quality control of Chryslers.
What if you happened to know the VP in charge of quality control of Chrysler was going to talk with the board of directors soon. What would you say about Chrysler current product quality to this group of VIP's ? Oh, and you have 20minutes to do it. What topics do you hit on that would have an impact ?
Build quality is very good today, better than MB in Germany. But durability needs improvement. Better suspension parts, and brakes and more durable plastic parts.

most people perceive quality of the car they own from the dealer end of it and if the dealer network was required by law to pay mechanics a salary INSTEAD OF FLAT RATE I CAN GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS WOULD BE PERCEIVED AS MUCH BETTER but when warranty only pays 1.5 to replace a timing belt on a breeze witha 2.4 dohc and it take 3 hours because of the parts have been revised and new covers are required but labor times don't reflect that i don't care how many strategic bolts i leave out i have kids to feed funny thing recalls are timed in a real time study and every thing else is done on a puter and compared to assembly line times i'll take the recalls every time know lets look at the electronics on a new 300 c there will only be a few handfuls of techs that can and will be able to understand the electronics of these cars good luck getting that kinda of stuff fixed under flat rate warrantee and dc is cracking down on 00 time bigtime and i'll be one of them hell most haven't figuired out how to hook up the new scan tool and can't
