PT Cruiser Touring 2002 (auto)
I need to remove the cowling panel below the steering wheel (UK RHD)
I cannot see screws.
Is it just clipped.
If so where is the best place to lever/grab to pull away?

It is held on at the top by pressur clips. Just grab the top closest to the wheel and pull down. It is hinged at the bottom, after you open it all the way, you can slid the hinge apart and remove the panel completely.
