I have a 2001 PT with the infamous tape marks on the powder coat bumpers. I took a 0000 steel wool pad, wet it with WD-40 and scrubbed the tape marks. Washed the bumpers and then treated them with Mother's Back to Black. It's been over a month now and no sign of the marks returning. I do apply a coat of Back to Black on them when I wash the car.
