I just finished exchanging spark plugs in the 1999 Voyager 3.3. You guys were right, I was able to get to the two hardest ones without removing anything, and I probably would have been able to get the other one without removing the alternator. If I hadn't had a 1" extension it wouldn't have worked, though. I'm glad I asked here before I did what the service manual said.
