How much a change occured between 1996 and 1999 for a T&C 3.8L ?

Since your van is less than 10 years old, you can still buy new manuals direct from Chrysler. The owner's manual is $20, while the repair manual set is around $90. If you can find a used one on eBay, the price will most likely be lower.
