Anyone have or know of 57 Fargo or Dodge short narrow box pickup (custom express) with side mount spare and wrap around rear cab window? How rare ARE they, really? Cab is the same as the sweptside (station wagon fendered pickup) and box is some 2 inches narrower than standard.
