I don't want a Herald, thankfully. I could be tempted with a Vitesse convertible, but generally small British cars do nothing for me with the notable exception of the BMC ADO16.

Maybe instead of a bidding policy, it's just a statement of how they see the world. Mention France to them and they start rocking in the corner and chanting "NOWHERE OUT OF ENGLAND".
Or perhaps there is someone they don't like, called Nowhere.
I could, of course, drive 10 miles over the Border then bid on it. Then come home and cancel my bid :D
