I am not sure on the Stag, but the front looks very like the 2000/2500 so could be from the same pressings. If so, the horns will be either side of the radiator, just below the bonnet hinge mountings.

As he's looking for them and given it's vintage and quality of UK vehicle electrics from that time, they probably don't work. Either that or they fell off a long time ago, as "stag horns" are wont to do.
