95 caravan runs rough when cold

Runs rough when cold, as you accelerate it feels like it is running on 5 cylinders, not 6. When it warms up it runs just great.Any suggestions

No secondary problems, starts every time, purrs like a kitten once warmed up. Gives great gas mileage. It just does not accelerate smoothly when cold. It was a one owner and very well maintained. It has 233,000 km.
