have a 89 raider 3.0 it just died during warmup .no fire out of coil replaced with a new one nothing changed .it turns over great. any help would be appreciated

Does the distributor turn? Do you have good compression? or did the timing belt let go???

Did you pull the codes? There is a diagnostic plug behind the glove box. Take a look at

formatting link
they have the process documented.

have you ck'd your ballast resistor? on my 89 d-50 2.6 it's mounted near the left fender. it's a white ceramic elec. part with a coil wire under it.if that is burnt into that could be your culprit. also could be corroded. if new one is required, about 15.00. hope this will help. also i need a vaccum hose diagram for 89 d-50 2.6 mitsubishi mckiney carb. about

46 hoses. can't find one anywhere. thanks.
