Both brke and abs lights are on. Brakes feel ok, no loss of fluid, but the power assist feels gone. Any ideas?

Both brke and abs lights are on. Brakes feel ok, no loss of fluid, but the power assist feels gone. Any ideas?
Check for a vacum leak on brake booster or a defective booster itself.
