dodge frames and snow plows

This is probably a really dumb question - but - will using a snow plow cause the frame of a 2500 to wear or "work loose"?

I'm thinking about unequil loading of the right and left sides of the frame rails due to hitting snow loads unequally with the plow.....

Plowing snow will increase the wear of various parts of your truck. To the frame? Imo no.

The pistons on the plow would break before you damaged the frame. But if you are push like a fool at 40mph and hit a unmovable object like a hidden curb all bet's are off.

Plows should have a pressure relief valve between the lt. & rt turn cylinders, so the plow angles when you hit hard. Otherwise you will blow cylinders, etc. "
