No joy with Ford's diagnosis and attempted repair. Still having significant slippage between 2 and 3, especially when the transmission is cold. Is there an adjustment that can be made (bands?) to tighten up this particular shift without removing the trans from the vehicle? Other than that, the transmission seems to shift normally. Thanks for the advice.
