Anybody know the torque lbs/ins for the Valve lifters? I need to tighten up them. I understand it has to be top dead centre before I can torque. My truck is 92 F150 300 cu ins, 6cyl, 5spd.

More info is better than less.... why you feel a valve adjustment is in order, miles, service history.... more information redues the likelihood of a diagnosis being a rough guess.
