Anybody know the torque lbs/ins for the Valve lifters? I need to tighten up them. I understand it has to be top dead centre before I can torque. My truck is 92 F150 300 cu ins, 6cyl, 5spd.

25 ft/lbs... these are non-adjustable and TDC don't mean squat. If there is a problem with noise I suggest checking oil pressure with a mechanical guage, run the truck without the valve cover to verify oil feed to the top end and inspect the rocker arms and trunnions for abnormal wear patterns.

More info is better than less.... why you feel a valve adjustment is in order, miles, service history.... more information redues the likelihood of a diagnosis being a rough guess.
