99 Explorer Tune-Up questions

I have a 99 Explorer 4-dr with 100k miles on it. I feel it is ready for a tune-up and would like advice as to what to replace. Any suggestions are welcome. You can e-mail me at snipped-for-privacy@NOSPAMcomcast.net

Usual stuff would be plugs, wires, PCV valve, fuel filter... air filter if it needs it..... clean the MAF (Google it, it's been discussed often enough) and reset the KAM (Keep Alive Memory) by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes.
