Aftermarket 3rd Row Seat

I've a 1996 XLT 4x4 (4dr model) and would like any info about getting an aftermarket 3rd row seat that looks like it would bolt down where the current tie down hooks are in the cargo area.

I've looked at some and they normally need brackets fastened to the bed floor. Here's a rear facing one at JCW.
