I would just wonder why a 2003 with 11k miles is already for sale? Was it a lemon that the dealer had to buy back??

Not necessarily a dealer sale; the owner may have had a life-change where the truck no longer fills a need. I've sold a few vehicles for that reason (though never with only 11k miles!).
