I didn't see the specs for proper torque of the lug nuts on wheel in the manual. I set it to 90 lbs is that correct for 1997 XLT?

I didn't see the specs for proper torque of the lug nuts on wheel in the manual. I set it to 90 lbs is that correct for 1997 XLT?
What is it for the oil pan drain plug? I bought a used 01 sport and the "O" ring was destroyed from over torqueing.
What is the correct spec?
