The turn signals of my 92 Explorer went out. Changed the flasher. Didn't help. Replaced the fuse and worked for awhile then would blow. Checked rear light bulbs and they look good. Brake lights work. Any thoughts?

Under what conditions does this happen? left turn, right, either, hazard lights?
