hi all
i got a 1998 R reg mondeo, the batteries in the 2 button keyfob were dead when i bought it so i replaced them and reprogrammed it using the on-off ingition till the red led on the clock lit, then pressed a button on the keyfob which worked fine for the last 10 months.
now the keyfob wont open the car. if i use the key all the doors open (using the central locking).
I have reprogrammed the car but still the same. when i do the reprogramming the red led flashes 4 times as if it has accepted the code but still does not work.
has anyone got any ideas please?
